Augusta Horsey Nash has been the Director of CPS, L.L.C. (CoActive Process Systems) since 1997, an executive coaching business dedicated to individuals and organizations creating a confident, collaborative impact while continuing to produce noteworthy results. She uses a 4-step process as a practical structure for all her services and guarantees a respectful, productive environment for all the work she does.
Augusta is a Master Certified Coach (International Coach Federation - ICF), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (The Coaches Training Institute - CTI), a Certified Birkman Method® Consultant, a Certified ChangeWorks!® Practitioner, a Graduate of the Newfield Network Graduate Coaching
Program, and an Authorized Facilitator of the Team Diagnostic™ Assessment. She is a graduate of CTI’s 10-month Co-Active Leadership Program and Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching training program.
She belongs to the International Coach Federation and is a credentialing assessor for the ICF. She is a member of the Georgia Coach Association where she has been a multi-year Board Member, coach to the Presidents, Co-Chair of the GCA 2008 PRISM Award Programs, and was the first recipient of the GCA Augusta Horsey Nash Service Award. She is a World Café Conversation Host and has contributed to several published books. She has a B.S. in Mathematics.

Her prior experience and expertise demonstrate her firm belief that to create the results and impact desired, first re-connect to yourself -- your operating style, your values/motivations, your strengths, your passion. Only then can you feel the trust and confidence in yourself to maintain the results and impact you desire.
She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her 2 dogs, though is often found in New York and California to work and visit with her children and grandchildren. Her husband, Charlie, keeps the home fires burning while playing golf and managing his financial strategy business.
