Augusta Horsey Nash, Master Certified Coach, is the Director of CPS (Co-Active Process Systems), L.L.C., an executive coaching business dedicated to individuals and teams creating a collaborative impact while continuing to produce noteworthy results.

Augusta uses a four-step process: gathering data, creating a plan, executing the plan and ensuring the results and impact are aligned with the client’s personal values and needs. The format of her coaching deals first with ‘what’ the client wants to do, ‘why’ they want to, and then ‘how’ they will do it. Confidence, self-trust, values and strengths are the foundation of her coaching.
